I'd love a set of two dolls: Susan B. Anthony & Elizabeth Cady Stanton.

I recently watched a rerun of the PBS story, "Not for Ourselves Alone" http://www.pbs.org/stantonanthony/ and I was overwhelmed with grattitude for the strength of these women who came before me. I was overcome with emotion, love and pride to be able to call these women my sisters.

After watching this incredible documentary (I'm ordering the book & dvd from the PBS store) I couldn't believe that some women still do not vote. They should be ashamed.

Here, here. I second your nomination. I would nominate so many women, especially some of the fantastic feminist theory professor's that I've been lucky enough to take classes with. But let's start at the beginning, kickin' it old skool as they say. I nominate Simone de Beauvoir, since she was smart as hell. She out-performed J-P Sartre throughout their school years, and everyone considers HIM one of the greatest minds of the 20th century- pffft.
